I began this blog to journal training for my first full marathon; the 2013 Chicago Marathon. I completed the marathon, but my journey didn't end there, it's just beginning. Follow me while I continue to train and drink all the coffee!
I normally run alone, but last weekend I did something totally amazing! I joined in a group run for my long run! I'm normally a big chicken when it comes to meeting new people, but I know that I can't train alone for a marathon. I need support!
In totally unrelated news, I won a pair of zensah compression socks today from Ali at msprun.com! I can't wait till they are here!
